Description
Stiffer sway bar bushings (also commonly referred to as anti roll bar bushings) reduce play and deflection in the sway bar. Rubber bushings tend to get soft and pliable over time and allow the sway bar to flex too much. Stiffer bushings restore stability and performance. All Powerflex bushings come with a lifetime warranty.
Unlike the E9X and F8X cars of the past, the G8X sway bars do not come with any built in lateral support around the sway bar bushings. To combat the issues this could cause, each set of bushings comes with appropriately sized, precision machined Sway Bar Lateral Support Clamps to grip the original BMW sway bars, preventing wandering or lateral offset in the suspension system after removing the bonded bushings.
